How to Cancel Your Membership

We require 30 days notice to cancel a membership. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email so we can process the request and confirm your final billing date. There is no cancellation fee for month to month memberships. Six month memberships may be cancelled early, but a one month cancellation fee applies. For example, if you cancel in month two of a six month membership, we will process the cancellation and charge one additional month as the cancellation fee.
