We provide a range of training styles so you stay challenged and motivated. From strength-focused sessions to conditioning and mobility work, there’s enough variety and structure to make results inevitable.

Class Bootcamp

Functional Fitness

Our Functional Fitness class combines mobility, strength, skill work and conditioning in 60 minutes. Each includes a warm up, a strength or skill block, and a workout of the day using functional movements, cardio and weights. Coaches provide demos, scaling options and feedback for all levels.

Olympic Weightlifting

This group session is focused on improving technique, strength and confidence with the barbell. Sessions include warm up drills, skill work and lifts such as the snatch, clean and jerk, power clean and related strength work. Ideal for beginners and experienced lifters. 90 min on Sundays.

Class Yoga

Endurance Functional Fitness

Built to improve stamina, pacing and work capacity. Sessions combine running, rowing, biking, SkiErg work, functional movements and strength endurance. Ideal for athletes training for HYROX, obstacle course racing, trail running or other hybrid fitness events. 90 min.

Class Hiit

Competitive Functional Fitness

This session is designed for members who want to train for the sport of CrossFit, whether your goal is the CrossFit Open, local weekend competitions, or simply pushing beyond traditional group-class intensity. Welcome to all levels of fitness. 120 min class.

Teens Strength & Conditioning

This class helps young athletes build strength, movement quality, coordination and confidence. Sessions include age appropriate strength training, conditioning, mobility and athletic drills to support sport performance, injury prevention and healthy long term development. 45 min.
