I've been training at CrossFit Metric for over a year now and I really love it here. I was new to CF when I first started and with the help of the coaches I was able to go from scaled to RX workouts safely within the year. I've made such amazing progress in reaching my fitness goals and feel great mentally. The coaches who teach the class are very skilled and the community is very supportive. I highly recommend!

I've been training at Metric for almost 2 months. What I love most here is the Coach Nilo and they way he explains each exercises. He always motivates the new comers like me to give 100% . Typically, I work out in morning with coach Nilo and Hannah. CrossFit Metric has really helped me to gain strength and flexibility. What sets Metric apart for me is its work out routine and varieties of exercises. One improvement I'd suggest is to replace the brown tissues in washroom with some good quality tissues :):) ... I'd recommend this box to anyone interested to be more fit to join our community.

I've been training at Metric for 8 years. I do the early morning classes with coach Nilo and the weekends with Hannah. The workout are challenging, the community is awesome and I especially enjoy the olympic lifting class on Sundays. I typically need to modify a few movements with previous injuries so the coaches are great with finding appropriate substitutions. Highly recommend!!

I've been training at CrossFit Metric for 3 months, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time. Although I was hesitant at first, the coaches and community made me feel comfortable right away, with clear guidance and feedback before and during workouts. Overall, my fitness has significantly improved, partly due to the vigorous workouts, but also due to the coaches ensuring that I am pushing through my self-imposed limits. I would recommend CrossFit Metric to anyone looking for a great training environment within the GTA, no matter their prior gym experience or fitness level - it is clear that everyone is welcome.

I've been working out at Metric for almost 2 years. I absolutely love Saturday's partner’s workout, along with the sense of community and the diversity I’ve found there. Typically, I work out in the morning with coach Nilo, who always brings a positive attitude. A great way to start my day. I've been training at Metric for a little over 3 months and I can't say enough good things about it!! I've always been a bit intimidated to start crossfit but this gym has the most supportive community. I love the coaches and the structure of the workouts - it really lets me learn and improve on skills while also getting a great workout session in.
